Services
Buildwyze provides done-for-you AI implementation services for service businesses. Our services include AI system design, build, launch, and ongoing management. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. Cancellations require 30 days written notice.
Intellectual Property
All AI systems and workflows built for your business are owned by you upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized performance data to improve our services.
Limitation of Liability
Buildwyze's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, though we commit to best-effort optimization and transparent reporting.
